After two decades of working with major Fortune 100 companies including PepsiCo, Cargill, DuPont, and BASF in engineering, operations and business roles, consulting across North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia and spending years researching workplace cultures, employee wellbeing, gender and care economics, I have realized one simple truth — centering care will transform our homes, workplaces, and economies globally.

That is why I started Mother Honestly Group Inc. to close the care gap for women, families, and economies globally through advocacy, content, and technology. The Care Gap is our editorial and content arm elevating the care conversation and pushing for household + care equity globally, redefining roles of men at home, and educating on the costs and challenges of care. Caring Africa is catalyzing the care economy in Africa, enabling care infrastructure for families, businesses, and economic growth, fostering gender equity, and formalizing the domestic care workforce. Caring Blocks is formalizing and professionalizing the care workforce, providing fair wages and fair treatment to marginalized workers across the African continent.

As a thought leader, I am a regular speaker at Fortune 500 companies. Previous clients include NASA, Google, LinkedIn, and many more. I have been featured in Fortune, Wall Street Journal, Techcrunch, Fast Company, Forbes, Crain’s, ABC, NBC, FOX, Employee Benefit News and more.

A trained chemical engineer from the University of Florida, holding a MSc. in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
