The Big Reclaim

This movement is dedicated to reclaiming time, restoring body and health, rediscovering our reason for being, and revamping partnered relationships that have been overshadowed by the overwhelming expectations placed on women. It’s time to reclaim your power, because you deserve a life feels like yours!

Daily Reclaims

Your Daily Reclaims are short, impactful messages designed to ground, inspire, and refocus you each day. These reminders will empower you to take small but meaningful steps toward reclaiming your time, health, relationships, and purpose—one day at a time.

Weekly Prompts

Each week, you’ll receive actionable prompts designed to spark bold, meaningful change. These prompts encourage reflection, help you take small but impactful steps, and build habits that support a sustainable, fulfilling life. Think of them as your personal roadmap to reclaiming what truly matters.

The Reclaim Report

At the end of each week, you’ll complete The Reclaim Report—an opportunity to reflect on how the week’s prompt impacted your life. Share your report through videos, blogs, pictures, or social media posts, or keep it private. It’s a way to track your progress, celebrate wins, and inspire others in the community as we reclaim our lives together.

What Does It Entail?

Trust me, I do not plan to add to your already lengthy to-do list. Over the next 50 weeks, you will receive a prompt designed to guide you in reclaiming the life you rightfully deserve. Each week, through the Big Reclaim’s carefully crafted prompts, you’ll embark on a transformative journey to rediscover and assert your autonomy over your time, body, health, purpose, and power. This comprehensive program encourages you to engage in deep reflection, set actionable goals, and take practical steps toward enhancing your overall well-being, ensuring that every aspect of your life aligns with what truly fulfills you.

Monthly Themes

  • Our Time

    JAN. 2025

This month is about reclaiming our most valuable resource: time. Time poverty affects all women as we pour our hearts into caring for others—children, partners, households, family members, and the community. It’s the single greatest barrier preventing women from growing their careers, businesses, and even personal dreams.

This month, you’ll take a closer look at how your time is currently spent, identify the tasks that consume you, and explore how these responsibilities can be redistributed—whether to your partner, family members, or external support systems. This is the first step toward building a life that feels like yours.

  • Our Body

    FEB. 2025

Your body carries you through everything—life, work, parenting, caregiving, and love. This month is about reconnecting with your body’s strength, potential, and purpose. It’s time to focus on movement, nourishment, rest, and self-care—not as luxuries, but as acts of self-preservation. This is about reclaiming the body you deserve—one that feels strong, capable, and truly like yours.

It’s also about letting go of the lies we’ve been told: that we need to eat less, shrink ourselves, or look thin and frail to be “enough.” What your body truly needs is strength, performance, and the ability to feel good—not just in appearance, but in how you show up for yourself every single day.

  • Our Dreams

    MAR. 2025

For too long, ambition has been framed as selfish when it comes to women. As young girls, we were often expected to contribute meaningfully to the homefront while the boys got ahead. This narrative carries on into adulthood, where men’s careers are often prioritized, leaving women to sacrifice their dreams for the sake of others.

This month is about rediscovering your reason for being—what truly lights you up and fuels your sense of purpose. Reflect on the dreams you’ve put aside and ask yourself:

What steps can I take to reconnect with my ambition? How do I see myself in the world?
